Abstract Polyethylene terephthalate is a synthetic material known as PET. PET strapping bands commonly used in all industries for packaging and bundling. The excessive use of this has led to the pollution urban environment, which necessitated search effective solutions dispose waste. treatment reuse these materials among best that contribute reducing environmental on one hand enabling obtaining economical products other hand. main purpose experimental study valorize dune sand mortar waste manufacture cement mortar. It also aims investigate impact inclusion recycled fibers physical mechanical properties reinforced was carried out several phases; after chemical characterization used, method composition mixtures proposed, based progressive substitution by fibers. quantity added each mixture fixed at 450 g, taken equal 1350 g. In order properly examine influence incorporation mortar, rate varied from 0% 2.5% with step 0.5%.
